Contact management service
As an exhibitor, this new system lets you:
- Obtain complete data about professional visitors to your stand quickly and easily
- Manage the contact database during the show
- Download all information obtained online
To enjoy the system, just follow the five simple steps that are detailed hereafter:

Request free Internet access.
To manage the system, you must have Internet access. You have free access to the network during the holding of the exposition. Just tell us what zone your stand is in and where you wish to install the connection by filling in and sending the following form:

Bring your laptop.
If you like, you can hire one by calling 902 233200 or by filling and sending in the following form:

Pick up your free RFID card reader.
This device will be handed out in the Customer Service Offices during the set-up period from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Install the application on your PC to obtain visitor information.
You can download it from the memory stick handed out along with the card reader or through the Exhibitor guide at the show's Website. We recommend that you download the programme to your PC from the Website prior to the show.

Connect the RFID reader to the USB port of your laptop.

.and now you just have to run visitor's cards over the reader in order to have their full information!!!
Through the application that you need to download onto your computer, you will be able to manage professional visitors' information that you want to record during the holding of the show.
After it finishes, your contacts will be stored in the Exhibitor Guide, from where you can download them into any computer.
