A home designed for everyone
Come and discover a functional home created for the whole family, adapted to the mobility, leisure and wellbeing needs of dependent people with physical, sensorial or cognitive disabilities, especially children and the elderly. It incorporates the most advanced technological applications, new equipment and services for people to undertake any type of activity at home with ease, safety and comfort.
Four specially-adapted rooms
Kitchen
Equipped with tele-assistance devices which are activated when they detect gas leaks or smoke, for example, or lack of movement or normal activities like opening the fridge. There are also kitchen units that raise and lower automatically and a therapeutic chair that lets children participate in simple tasks in the kitchen.
Lounge
Featuring technological solutions that allow the environment to be controlled by the eyes, such as lights or doors; and products designed for relaxing and doing leisure activities such as watching the television, listening to the radio, speaking on the telephone or playing videogames by head movements thanks to systems integrated into wheelchairs.
Bedroom
Designed to encourage both play and study, it includes specially-adapted toys, a sensorial stimulation room, more accessible computer tools for all kinds of disabilities (special mouses, tactile screens, etc.) and a bed that makes postural movements automatically.
Bathroom
Functional for the whole family, especially people with reduced mobility. It has a wet-room type shower facility, a WC and sink with adjustable heights controlled by a remote control, and an anatomical chair for personal hygiene needs.
