  • Spain is at the forefront of technology projects

    On the occasion of the Spanish presidency of the EU, Avante hosted the AAL General Assembly, the management arm of projects in the Ambient Assisted Living programme to promote healthy ageing through ICTs. According to the session’s conclusions, Spain has been at the forefront of new ideas since 2008.

  • Catalonia, a benchmark in e-Health

    The second forum on Health, Technology and Quality of Life analysed the implementation process of ICT in the Catalan healthcare system, which now has 17 million digital clinical histories. It highlighted the advantages of e-Health in improving the quality and sustainability of healthcare and put forward new business opportunities for companies in the sector.
